1-1 Zoom Power Hour - £40
1 page write up of our discussion & agreed action points - £10
30 min 1-1 follow up call – £20
Power Hour write up & 30 min follow up call £25
- How will the Power Hour be structured?
- I will listen to your concerns and what is going on for you right now
- I will respond with honesty and empathy
- We will then get practical!
- I will offer advice on strategies or approaches if I think they would be useful for you
- I will direct you to any additional resources I think would be beneficial for you to investigate
- We will set action goals together that will offer you a bespoke way forward
- How do I pay?
I request that you pay in full before the Power Hour or follow up session and will give you my bank account details at the time of booking.
- What happens if I need to change the time of my Power Hour?
I will be as flexible with you as possible, however I do ask for 24 hours notice so that we can reschedule for a more convenient time
- What if I can't find a child-free hour during the day?
You might be thinking “how can I even find an hour”… believe me it doesn’t matter if you’re surrounded by chaos - children wandering in, piles of washing in the background… as a mum myself I’m absolutely not here to judge. I do however also offer evenings and weekends if that’s easier. .. join me with a glass of wine or cup tea in hand … whatever works for you!
